Ocean Bistro is Oceanphere's signature restaurant — a gourmet kitchen where international cuisine meets the finest Thai seafood. Set in an open kitchen environment, the restaurant showcases fresh ingredients sourced daily from the surrounding Gulf coast, including the celebrated local sardines and the catch landed each morning at Bang Saray pier.
The menu moves with Mediterranean influences and strong Thai roots: charcoal-grilled whole fish, tiger prawn curries with hand-pounded paste, a rotating selection of fresh crudo, and a bubbly breakfast service that begins each morning with complimentary sparkling wine.
Our Approach
We work with the Bang Saray fishing community because we believe the best meal begins at the dock. Fresh ingredients, skilled hands, and a kitchen that never takes shortcuts.
Poolside Bar
Chili Blue Pool Bar sits beside Oceanphere's all-natural infinity pool — one of the coast's most striking stretches of water. It's the kind of bar you don't leave in a hurry: tropical cocktails prepared by a master mixologist, premium spirits, freshly brewed gourmet coffee, and a setting that makes every hour feel like the right one.
The cocktail menu draws on local botanicals — kaffir lime, galangal, lemongrass, fresh coconut — and rotates seasonally. Classic long drinks, handcrafted signatures, cold-pressed juices, and a short food menu of bar bites round out the offering. Room service available throughout bar hours.
